GAMUDA Gardens has launched the second phase of Nara, consisting of 68 double-storey terrace homes, after the impressive response to the project’s first phase.

The first phase, comprising 181 units of double-storey link homes, has been fully taken up.

Response to 134 units of its Lavena double-storey terrace homes, also part of the second phase, has also been encouraging since its launch.

“The good response for Gamuda Gardens is attributed to buyers’ affinity to good place-making. We are committed to creating places that people will call home, want to be a part of, grow up and grow old in,” said Gamuda Land chief operating officer Ngan Chee Meng.

Lavena was launched during Gamuda Gardens’ grand opening last September and attended by more than 1,000 visitors.

Lavena features built-ups ranging from 2,114 sq ft to 2,800 sq ft with spacious units of four bedrooms + three bathrooms, and four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms respectively, while Nara features built-ups from 2,400 sq ft to 2,869 sq ft with 4 + 1 bedrooms and four bathrooms. The guest bedroom is linked to a private garden.

It is a short drive from the city, especially with the Kuang Elevated Interchange System that provides direct access from the North-South Expressway to Gamuda Gardens.

Dubbed “a garden where happiness lives”, Gamuda Gardens features five cascading lakes that are integrated into a 20.23ha central park with waterfalls, a mixed-terrain jogging and cycling trail as well as various themed parks.

A Village Square, near the waterfall and lakes, will house cafes, restaurants, retail outlets and other modern amenities that serve the needs of the communities in Gamuda Gardens and the surrounding areas.

The square is scheduled for completion along with houses in the first and second phase of the development.

Commercial, business and retail hubs are also planned within the town to boost growth in the north of Kuala Lumpur.

Lavena and Nara homes are closest to the central park at Gamuda Gardens.
