Echoing Our Stance
We echo our stance on making sustainability operational with the recent product launches of Gamuda Land which continue to focus on value creation, steered by strong masterplanning, naturally landscaped environments with rich biodiversity, and great location.
This is in line with the rising global trend leaning towards the growth of smart cities for good liveability. The Cove township has assimilated Smart City model elements by developing the Smart Living and Smart Resource Management segments.
Consequently, the opening of the Cove interchange back in September and Discovery Park later in December, will boost ecotourism in the Klang Valley Southern corridor with strategic proximity to the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), KLIA2 and NorthSouth Expressway Central Link (Elite).
Once the signature water homes and villas are launched next year, it will further enhance the lifestyle living potential of this smart township. We’re proud to say that Gamuda Land is the first in the country to undertake the Smart City initiative, as it has a significant role to play in addressing climate change.
