Gamuda’s property arm is continuing to push the boundaries of design and innovation in the region.
Gamuda Land recently marked significant milestones in three remarkable projects in Australia, Vietnam and the United Kingdom. Project progress, new launches, and incredible take-up rates have been the highlight of the past few weeks.
75 London Wall, UK gets green light
The granting of full planning consent marks a significant step forward. It further solidifies our presence in the UK property market, where we aim to build a portfolio of real estate investments that deliver compelling returns for our shareholders.
75 London Wall in the United Kingdom, formerly known was Winchester House, has been given the go-ahead by the City of London. Our joint venture with Castleforge Partners can begin work on redeveloping the marquee ESG-inspired building.
The vision for 75 London Wall is sustainable, best in-class offices that delivers a distinctive occupier experience, shaped by an environmentally-minded ethos.

Its capacity will be increased by 40 percent to 688,000 sq ft with a design that adds new storeys as stacked layers, subtly changing in material and detail to introduce lightness to the top.
Considering the perspectives of the local community, we are also incorporating a new cultural event space, as well as Priors Garden, a green public space designed by the award-winning Andy Sturgeon Design on a pedestrian route.
The redevelopment is anticipated to be delivered by Q3 2027.

Eaton Park, Vietnam kicks off
“We chose to work with Gamuda Land as it is recognised as one of the Top 5 Best foreign real estate developers in Vietnam due to its quality and innovative project delivery. Being certified as official distribution agents for Eaton Park further enhances our credibility as property sellers,” – Ngo Van Phap, property sales agent, Vietnam
Booming music, dazzling light shows, and the pulsing energy of a stadium concert turned Gamuda Land Vietnam’s launch into a sensory explosion!
We brought the glitz and glamour of the entertainment world to more than 2,700 attendees from 24 of the biggest property agencies to showcase our latest ‘super product’, Eaton Park.
This event is Gamuda Land’s first unique approach to a launch, with each sales agency putting down a deposit to sell more than 20 units. Inspiring this level of commitment and confidence by our sales agents underscores the exclusive nature of our properties, as well as our position as a leading developer in Vietnam.
We have seen our high-end properties in Vietnam snapped up fast within an average of 300 to 400 units a year. With Eaton Park, our sights are set even higher, aiming for a doubled uptake rate compared to the norm.
