Enabling Academy Employment Transition Programme

Yayasan Gamuda established Enabling Academy in 2017 to promote sustainable employment for people with autism. The Enabling Academy conducts an employment transition programme that trains and places young adults with autism in companies that embrace diversity and inclusion in their workforce.

Our Aim

Offer an employment transition programme that provides pre-employment training and job placement support for adults with autism to achieve sustainable white-collar and professional employment
Collaborate with partner companies to create sustainable employment oppurtunities for people with autism.

Our Drive

Prepare individuals with autism for white collar and professional jobs
Equip them to be contributing workforce in their field of training
Create awareness on the employability of individuals with autism
Prepare and equip partner companies to employ with a support ecosystem
Replicate employment transition programme nationwide by being a resource centre that provides training for trainers as well as training manual to implement an employment transition programme.
