Gamuda shows interest in Sabah

Gamuda Berhad’s Deputy Managing Director Datuk Ir Paul Ha Tiing Tai and Gamuda Engineering Sdn Bhd’s Managing Director Datuk Ubull Din Om paid a courtesy call on Chief Minister Datuk Seri Musa Aman at Sri Gaya, Wednesday.

The directors briefed Musa on the company’s plan to invest in the State.

Listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia, Gamuda is the leading infrastructure and property developer with operations in Asia and the Middle East Regions. The company focuses on three core businesses in engineering and construction, infrastructure concessions and property development.

Gamuda’s scope of engineering expertise covers highways and expressways, bridges, tunnels, dams and hydropower generation, hydraulic engineering and water treatment, railways and mass-rapid transit systems, marine works and ports, and buildings, delivered through general contracting, design and build, turnkey, as well as the B.O.T approach.

Also present during the courtesy visit were Malaysia Special Envoy to Indonesia Tan Sri Mohd Radzi Abdul Rahman, State Secretary Tan Sri Sukarti Wakiman, Director of Economic Planning Unit Datuk Osman Jamal and State Land and Survey Director Datuk Safar Untong.
